Thank you for using CosmoTest (the "Service"). These Terms set out the conditions and procedures for using the Service, along with the rights and obligations of users and the operator.

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms define the conditions and procedures for using the psychology-test web service provided by CosmoTest (the "Service"), and the rights and obligations of users and the operator.

Article 2 (Service description)

The Service provides the following features:

• A range of psychology tests including MBTI, personality, and Saju
• Viewing and sharing test results
• Saving result images

The Service can be used without creating an account.

Article 3 (User obligations)

When using the Service, users must not:

• Interfere with the stable operation of the Service
• Copy, distribute, or modify content within the Service without permission
• Impersonate others or spread false information
• Violate applicable laws and regulations
• Deliberately click advertisements or generate ad revenue by improper means

Article 4 (Changes to and suspension of the Service)

The operator may change the content or availability of the Service, or suspend it temporarily. Depending on operating circumstances, the Service may change without prior notice.

Article 5 (Copyright in content)

Copyright in all content within the Service (text, images, test questions and results, and so on) belongs to CosmoTest.

Article 6 (Advertising)

The Service displays advertising through platforms such as Google AdSense. Advertising content is supplied by advertisers, and the Service is not responsible for it.

Article 7 (Disclaimer)

Test results within the Service are provided for entertainment and interest, and do not replace professional psychological diagnosis or medical advice.

• We are not liable for interruptions caused by natural disasters or other events beyond our control.
• We do not intervene in disputes between users, or between a user and a third party.
• We are not liable for damages arising from a user's use of the Service.

Article 8 (Dispute resolution)

Any dispute arising from use of the Service will, as a matter of principle, be resolved through mutual discussion. Where discussion does not resolve the matter, it will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

These Terms may change in line with operating policy, and we will announce any changes within the Service. Users who do not agree to the revised Terms may stop using the Service.
