Thank you for using CosmoTest (the "Service"). These Terms set out the conditions and procedures for using the Service, along with the rights and obligations of users and the operator.

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms define the conditions and procedures for using the psychology-test web service provided by CosmoTest (the "Service"), and the rights and obligations of users and the operator.

The operator may change the content or availability of the Service, or suspend it temporarily. Depending on operating circumstances, the Service may change without prior notice.

Copyright in all content within the Service (text, images, test questions and results, and so on) belongs to CosmoTest.

Users may share Service content for personal, non-commercial purposes. Commercial use or the creation of derivative works requires the operator's prior consent.

Article 6 (Advertising)

The Service displays advertising through platforms such as Google AdSense. Advertising content is supplied by advertisers, and the Service is not responsible for it.

Article 7 (Disclaimer)

Test results within the Service are provided for entertainment and interest, and do not replace professional psychological diagnosis or medical advice.

Article 8 (Dispute resolution)

Any dispute arising from use of the Service will, as a matter of principle, be resolved through mutual discussion. Where discussion does not resolve the matter, it will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
