Drained by people and unable to grip the situation — the hardest burnout stage
The Relationship Exhaustion Edge type is in the most severe burnout stage — depleted by people while also losing any sense of control over your situation. Thoughts about work relationships don't leave your head even after clocking out. The feeling that nothing you do will make a difference has settled deep, and staying in this state means both body and mind urgently need recovery time.
Your greatest strength is the endurance that has carried you this far. The fact that you're still here, still taking this test, is proof that self-awareness hasn't gone dark. If you can look clearly at where you are right now, that awareness becomes the starting point of recovery.
The most important thing right now is to stop trying to solve everything alone. You want to be alone and you don't want help — but white-knuckling it through this level of depletion only deepens the burnout. Telling even one trusted person that things are hard right now: that single step is what creates change.
